` Number One ! Do a self check , is this a person you'd Really Like to Pursue ?
|Keep in mind, make sure you're thinking this through completely , DO MANY REALITY CHECKS|
`Number two ! Do you know the person , or Have they been like a far away gaze across the lunch room kind of crush ?
` Number three , if you know the person as a friend or an aquaintance , then you should have no problem talking to them
`Number Four , Do a little research through the grapevine, read up a little about the persons reputation , and activities , ( Don't do any FBI Work , Well If you do ( which I have done , but , Don't Let anyone Know !)
IF in fact you don't know the person and you've never talked before a day in your life , you have more work to do : )
Here's what you'll do if you've never talked to the person
- Find out if you have any mutual friends ( pick a trustworthy one of course you don't want everyone telling your business) , and maybe talk to them about stuff that's in their intrests also ! ( Ill write another post about topics you can talk about with them)
- Get the Guts Just to go up to them and say HI : )
- Use Facebook to your advantage , ! ( Example : If you have mutual friends , send them a request , the worst they can do is not accept it)
- Just every once in a while when passing in the hallways or across the lunch room , give that person a little glance , and if they look back , SMILE , ( Just a Little Lip Curl, You Don't wanna Scare Them Off !)
- Just Say Hey , or Hi to them when you see them around , preferably when they're not around there friends
(well thats only if their friends arent snotty)
`Number 5 , Once you establish a little communication with them , find out more about them , even if you have to strike up little conversations every now and again , make sure your getting to know their type of personality,and see if you like what your seeing.
TIP- When talking to the person, or staring conversations , do NOT do it all of the time !
if the person is intrested , have them wanting a little more , and wanting to know more about you , don't tell your life story in the first conversation !
`Number 6 , If you feel the friendship escalating , GREAT , if not , get over it , it probably was'nt meant to be anyway
`Number 7 , This should have been the most important , But MAKE SURE you're wearing something nice, your smelling fresh , your teeth are looking clean and your breath is smelling good , Ladies , wear a little makeup , not too much , don't wear outfits that are TOO flashy , wear something that'll show off your curves . DON'T SHOW TOO MUCH SKIN , leave them guessing ,
Also Flirt , ladies - flip your hair to one side , bat your eyes , and make sure to hold their gaze for a little while and look down during conversations and I cannot stress it enough , but it is Important to SMILE !
Guys- make sure your bodies are facing the ladies if your intrested , look into her eyes , ( not creepily ) , lean in a little , and for both genders BREAK THE TOUCH BARRIERS maybe a little shoulder touch during a laugh or a giggle should be fine . ^_^
